Deal Gone Bad - Refund demanded from LivingSocial


After reading in the newspaper about the complaints received by LivingSocial.com following their Havianas deal which offered 2 pairs for $24, I decided that I too would ask for my money back and see what happens. 

I emailled them the following letter:

Hi

I am quite frustrated with the delay for the Havianas which I purchased 2 months ago and heard nothing.
Could you please refund my money for voucher # _____

Please let me know when this is actioned.

I received no replies to this email. However a few days later I noticed that the $24 had been credited back to my credit card. 




So that was my first requested refund for a deal gone bad. And it was successful.
